BetPro ID Not Working Common Causes and Fixes

There are a few common issues related to BetPro ID not working. They are wrong domain, login details, unconfirmed deposit, or password issues. Read through this to understand possible solutions to each problem. Check If You’re On The Right Website

BetPro only operates on two domains, bpexchapp.live. If you are attempting to log in anywhere else or if you have a bookmarked link that you have not used in a while, login failure should not be attributed to your account, as you are likely on the wrong site.

• The mobile friendly version of BetPro, bpexchapp.live, can be accessed through your phone’s browser.
• Currently, there are no BetPro apps available on either Play Store or App Store.
• If you have a BetPro app, that is not connected with your real ID and is a separate issue.

Incorrect Username or Password

1. Since your dealer assigns your username when your account is made,
2. It’s easy to misremember and/or mix with other accounts if you have more than one dealer.
3. It could also be a case of mistaken identity for the dealer to whom you sent the message on WhatsApp.
4. Make sure you check the exact username your dealer sent you, including case sensitivity.

If your dealer didn’t send you the password used for your account, you can’t use the “forgot password” feature like other websites. Your dealer is the only person who manages your passwords personally.

Deposit Not Yet Confirmed

Due to the time it takes for the dealer to receive and confirm the deposit, your balance may appear as “0” or your account may be locked. This happens when the transfer has been initiated through JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfers, but hasn’t yet been confirmed by the dealer. It takes the dealer 5-30 minutes to confirm the transfer.

For example: 

• If you sent EasyPaisa 1000 PKR at 8:00 PM
• and there’s still no update on your account at 8:05 PM
• It’s normal to wait the 30 minutes.
• If this time has passed and still no confirmation of the deposit
• Contact your dealer with your transaction ID or a screenshot of the transaction.

Account Creation With No Use

1. If you received your access through a dealer and have not yet logged in or made a deposit,
2. It is possible your account is inactive, not broken.
3. This differs from a suspension and merely indicates no transactions have been recorded on the account.
4. This issue is usually resolved by making the first deposit,
5. which would be a minimum of PKR 500 for a user account.
6. This is followed by the confirmation of the deposit by the dealer.

Network and Browser Issues

BetPro works on

without the use of a VPN.

If the site fails to load throughout, and not just a failure to login, try switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi or clear your browser cache. As bpexchapp.live is a webpage and not an app that requires a download, a browser with data-saving mode, or one that is significantly outdated, can cause the page to load improperly and slow page loading.

What to Do If Nothing Above Fixes It

If you have checked the domain, verified your username and password, waited past the 30 minute deposit window, and the site is loading on your network, there is not too much left to try other than contacting your dealer. Outside of the dealer relationship, there is no contact or customer support line, thus they are responsible for addressing all of your account related issues.
